Tour Day by Day
Day 1: Arusha
Meet upon arrival in Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO) and transfer to hotel in Arusha.
Day 2: Tarangire NP
Our first day starts early in the morning. We pick you from your hotel in Arusha and after breakfast we ‘re on the way to Tarangire National Park. It’ s famous for a big population of elephants, big cats and huge Baobab trees. If we are lucky, we’ll also come across tree-climbing pythons. Dinner and Overnight at our Camp or Lodge.
Day 3: Ngorongoro Crater
After an early breakfast we will depart for our famous goal. Equipped with a picnic lunch we descend 2000ft.down Ngorongoro Crater by our 4wheel drive vehicle. Let`s explore this Garden of Eden. Ngorongoro is a huge and deep volcanic crater. There’s rich pasture, swamps, forest and permanent water on the crater floor. That’s why wildlife there is so diverse and numerous. Up to 25.000 larger animals are living here. It’s the best opportunity to see Black Rhino and many other rare species like the black-manned lion. We will have a fantastic day and drive to Karatu, near Lake Manyara for dinner and overnight in a Campsite/Lodge.
Day 4: Lake Manyara NP
Our last day starts with a morning game view at Lake Manyara. The national park is a lovely location; a thin green band of forest, flanked on one side by the cliffs of the Rift Valley Wall, on the other by the shores of the ancient soda lake. Wildlife here is very diverse. We will see many baboons and if we’re lucky the famous tree-climbing lion. Lake Manyara is also one of the finest parks for birdlovers. We will have a wonderful day and then go back to Arusha.
You will have seen the best of Tanzania’s northern wildlife and made the maximum of four days safari and game viewing.
